The most essential component that helped us improve our process efficiency is document collaboration within teams, which ensures that peer review and approval happen seamlessly. Another advantage is that Foxit allows us to edit or modify text on a document without having to print or scan it, which is highly useful for us while having several documents daily.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I began using this program when it was known as the "e-sign genie." Since the Foxit update, I believe they have made it more streamlined and user pleasant. This is a simple but really helpful piece of software, and I hope they maintain it that way because that, in my opinion, is its most appealing feature. I loved how it was advertised; it was straightforward and to the point. It performs as expected. It's also easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't anything about this software that I don't enjoy. It is quite simple to use but technical help was virtually utterly useless on this issue every time we contacted them. It can be a touchy subject. It's a lot easier than establishing secure online forms on a website in the end.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need to save time by not having to look for a printer to fax or email a document that you have digitally signed, I recommend Foxit. It's simple, quick, and easy. The web templates I created for the agreements work beautifully, and all I have to do is provide them with the link. It helps me save time and effort.

What differentiates Foxit eSign from other similar products?

I file a lot of documents that require a signature in the course of my business, so having eSign integrated with my pdf viewer makes it a lot easier because I don't have to go to a different app to sign forms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

First and foremost, I appreciate how simple it is to upload documents directly from the dashboard without the need to click on anything. That demonstrates how simple the dashboard is to use. Even someone who has never used e-signature software before can find out how to use the entire system to deliver papers for electronic signatures from start to finish.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have to be careful when editing a document before sending it out, or it will send it without asking if I need to make those changes. The search function isn't great, but it's simple to get around by zooming out and hitting "see all."

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is something that I would recommend to anyone in need of digital signature software at a reasonable cost. The product is incredibly user-friendly. All of its features are excellent e.g. drag-and-drop fields that allow several persons to sign an appeal to me. Additionally, the option to have it go along a line of signers allows the documents to move through the workflow that our company requires; if you also have the same requirements then must go for it.
