What differentiates ease from other similar products?
Set up is quick and easy and the end-user interface is simple and easy to navigate.

When the rates are updated, renewals are quick and easy!

Rates aren't always updated timely due to small group filings.

Ease is a game changer for employee benefits!

What differentiates ease from other similar products?
I have never seen a product that produces the employee contribution for each benefit based on the monthly premiums and employer contribution. I really enjoy this feature as it allows employees to choose their benefits easier and for me to enter for payroll!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really like this product in general. It is an absolute time saver for human resources and the employees. They are able to take their time and read through all of the benefit materials at their own time, and I can relax knowing I do not have to provide, keep track of, and organize actual paperwork like I did before the implementation of Ease.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I can not think of one thing that I do not like about Ease. I am overall very satisfied with the product. I will certainly take it wherever I go in human resources. If I had to name one thing I may not dislike, it would be that I am not sure where to get support if I needed it, but I have not needed it so far.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend keeping up with software and updating any employee changes there are such as new hires and terminated employees. While I use it only before benefits administration side and have not upgraded to EaseHR, I do find myself using it as an HR management tool as it operates now.
