What differentiates ease from other similar products?
Much more streamlined way to choosing your elections than doing it on paper.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can set up the employee during their Orientation and it knows when their eligibility will start and sets it up with the carriers from there.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish it sent you an email once a month with the current charges for each applicable employee so you could audit that vs your payroll deductions
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you work with a broker and they don't use something like Ease you are missing out!
