What is your favorite aspect of this product?

DocuSign is affordable and makes complete business online easy. I like the ease of sending and requesting documents for signing. Using this e-Signature Software is easy. I like that I can send reminders for documents that need signing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

DocuSign is business oriented and meet all our needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For business electronic signature, I recommend DocuSign. This software is not only affordable, but comes well equipped with e-Signing features that makes it irresistible. These features include easy signing, sending and requesting documents for signing, sending notifications and much more.

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

With DocuSign, i can send and receive files from anywhere at any time with its responsive mobile support and web applications. It does stand out for offering a secure and safe way of signing documents. It integrates with all the existing tools that we use. It allows us to route documents to multiple users in serial, parallel, and mixed sequencing to tailor to our internal processes. Also, its ease of use and efficient workflow process is amazing. The DocuSign Click API offers the capabilities we require to get up and running within a couple of weeks. It continues to save a lot of time and provide a seamless customer experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

DocuSign has enabled us to eliminate all manual steps by going digital and freed all our employees to focus on more strategic work. The automation tool has created a far better experience by enabling mazing efficiencies in the signing of all transactions and legal documents. The reporting and analytics have enabled us to have greater insights and make better decisions. The tool has really been transformative and one of the most notable things about the tol is speed. The high speed of signing mutple documents at the same time has enabled all users to have an intuitive, secure, and fast experience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

DocuSign offers a fast and secure user experience and performs with great speed. I have never experienced a crash of the system even on the mobile application. I have nothing I dislike about the tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are an organization looking for a safe and easy experience for all our clients and users, DocuSign is the right tool for this job. DocuSign is easy to use and enables a large volume of documents transaction and signing processes with high speed. It offers a variety of features that are free and also premium features which can be costly for small organizations.

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

The main advantage DocuSign has over other services like Hellosign is the free trial. DocuSign offers a much more complete free trial, where you can send the signatures you want without paying anything, while in HelloSign you can only send 3 signature documents for free per month. Also, DocuSign offers a real-time system for monitoring the document sent, while HelloSign takes time to process the status of the document sent. This real-time monitoring allows obtaining the signature instantly, knowing what the user has done with the sent document and obtaining immediate results without having to wait.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like most about DocuSign is that it has endless certifications for each document that is sent to a recipient. These certifications are international and allow my documents to be valid anywhere, it has more than 3 certifications. I also like the great accessibility it has, since the Apps for Android and iOS are very efficient, they allow you to sign documents without delays and without the need to use a computer. Also, the main panel is quite comfortable, you can check which documents have been signed and which ones are yet to be signed, all very organized by date of delivery, this helps to know exactly the status of each document.

What do you dislike most about this product?

DocuSign does not have integrations with other cloud storage services and this means that we have to manually upload documents. In most cases, our documents are stored in the Dropbox cloud, so we would like to have an integration with the Dropbox service to be able to send documents faster, without the need to manually upload them to the DocuSign platform. This is a negative point that was not that impactful for us but we trust that DocuSign will do its best to offer a much more feasible integration between Dropbox and DocuSign.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Without a doubt, I would recommend DocuSign to any colleague or any company that is considering using it, it is a very comfortable software to make signatures, request third-party signatures, create documents, send them and later, monitor the status of the signature of each document. Monitoring is done in real time from the DocuSign main panel, so it is very easy to know the status of the signature, if the document has already been signed or if not, send an alert so that they can hurry up with the signature. The prices are accessible and it is a software that you will not regret.
