Sleekness of the end product rather than having to always feel like you need to update to a new version of a software, DocuSign is always ready for you.

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?
Easiest ways to send documents for signature Notifying other parties when the document is sent as well as when the document has been signed are very easy and reliable 100% of the times. Comment and notes sections are great set of features that we can rely on and the same can be read by other teams
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
User friendly UI, mobile support, notifications, tracking of signing, variety of signature options. Comments, notes sections help a lot - the signer knows what they are signing and that it's been reviewed by other teams like legal,finance, hr etc.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Auto debit of accounts, tech support must improve. Pricing though the best in the segment can be lowered for returning customers like us.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Help documentation must be updated with more FAQs Pricing strategy must be given a thought. Downgrading is never easy for accounts and must be improved. 100 envelopes limit and increment in price is little weird to begin with.
