What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?
DocuSign eSignature is one the best solution to provide a seamless and speedy solution to expedite the contract procedures with e-signatures. There are a lot of features that I believe are unique. In contract agreement business multiple languages is a constraint because clients/vendors are across the country, surprisingly DocuSign removes the geographical barrier by supporting more than 40 languages. The best part of DocuSign is that you can assign all the components needed for a specific document and then send it to the signatory. The person just needs to click through the auto-populated fields and the complete process is done automatically.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like this software as this is very easy to use and fast too, I can send any digital documents in just a few seconds to all my customers for eSignature and recipients also have the privilege to sign these documents using any devices as this software supports almost all the available devices. Integration and customisation play vital roles. Integration with Salesforce and GoogleDrive is too much helpful. This platform tracks any modification done on the document by every individual with complete information when the contract has been viewed or signed, a notification will be sent from the platform end. The brand customisation is nicely handled.
What do you dislike most about this product?
DocuSign is working perfectly fine for me and I am loving this platform. But it would be good to add more pre-defined templates. I think there can be more precise solutions for preset signature options. There's something about the font-based signatures that feel too unofficial. There could be more choices in the style of signature that would make it a lot better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
DocuSign is very easy to use and very easily adaptable to any new person, no matter the person is technical or non-technical. No more paperwork and it become my lifeline and Docusign plays a vital role.

It is difficult for people draw their actual signature. The company needs to have policies to onboard people remotely.
