What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

If I don't say anything stupid, it's the most famous and #1 signing solution on the market. Beyond the quality of the proposed options, the solution benefits from an aura and in France the market is mainly divided between Docusign and Yousign (but only because it is French).

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The solution is mostly used by our customers who ask for it! To take an example, it has allowed one of our biggest customers to save a considerable amount of time and to strongly optimize a signature process that used to take forever and sometimes ended with an investigation to find out where it was stuck. Thanks to Docusign we were able to set up a completely electronic signature workflow of this type: Customer/project manager => Signatory 1 => Signatory 2 => Signatory 3 => Signatory 4 => Process OK and finished => Sending the signed document to everyone.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't say I don't like the solution, but the problem we have is that Docusign is not French or European. This poses constraints for our sensitive customers (government, army) for whom we must respect very strict standards. It is a real headache to find a French designer who is up to the task. And of course the price! It is not the cheapest solution...

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Thanks to this system it is possible to follow the signature process of all the actors and restart where the signature is blocked! Our customer is happy and can now manage completely alone. Give it a try and ask for the sandbox to try it for free.

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

Opening a DocuSign account was among my wisest choices. I had assumed we would buy this software and use it sometimes to sign the paperwork, but because it's so user-friendly and flexible, it has actually grown to be a vital component of our company and is now utilized by several divisions, including HR, Legal, Finance, and Executives.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I found Docusign to be efficient and simple to use. Not having to travel to the office or meet in person saved me so much time. I deal with a lot of paperwork as a paralegal every day, and many of them require validated signatures, so having DocuSign was quite helpful. Unfortunately, there are some issues with the program, but I'm hoping they'll be fixed because I'd like to give it another shot.

What do you dislike most about this product?

DocuSign does not let me cancel or alter documents that include errors or blank fields, which has occasionally been necessary. Because of this, I have to take numerous extra procedures to properly type up, sign, and send the document. I can't seem to figure out how to draw my signature.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Since the pandemic began, we have been utilizing Docusign to manage the signing of contracts with our contractors. It works perfectly; we can email documents for signatures simply and securely. Additionally, having all signed documents in one location is a smart idea. The only way to describe this software is amazing. Exceptionally simple to use, quick to personalize, share, and speeds up the completion of tasks.
