What differentiates DocuSign CLM from other similar products?
DocuSign CLM is a stable, secure, and scalable platform, and these characteristics provide it a competitive advantage over the competition. DocuSign CLM has totally bridged the gap of eSignature workflow by offering a speedier and safer eSign tool and powerful contract lifecycle management solution under one umbrella.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I actually love this whole system. It allows us to enjoy reduced contracting response time and expense. Its robust protective layer allows us to work confidently with reduced contract value leaks and mistake rates as well as lower risk vulnerability in the contract lifecycle. It removes all mundane tasks while also allowing us to generate more revenues with improved and automated contract processes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My only complaint with DocuSign CLM frequently is its delayed deployments, which we have accompanied by high implementation fees. I highly recommend they take instant action to make the deployment easy. DocuSign CLM was challenging for us to get a hand over it because we are acclimated to sophisticated cloud applications like Salesforce and Slack and the different components of the contract lifecycle do not always fit together easily.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Users must evaluate it for their needs before purchasing it because it is the best option in some scenarios and settings while in others it is difficult to manage and does not provide sufficient ROI.

Facilitates customers in customizing standard contract processes. Allows creating Contract workflows with a choice of vast range of templates for signatures Arranges all contracts at one place and simplifies the document search process Offers high level of data security Saves time of every stakeholder by facilitating in sending range of versions of contracts which needs approval It is very easy to customize
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its is really challenging to find out its pricing details as it doesn't reveal it I believe Does not offer trial services or any sort of demonstration It is only ideal for big corporates. Not a viable choice for smaller companies who are only looking for a simple & straightforward contract management solution
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The customer services must work on improving the response time which can take up to a day Must start offering free trials or at least a demonstration to provide a clear picture of the software to the new users Must have a clear line of instructions on how to use it. Navigating through it is not a simple task for many users who are not technically trained
