This platform does not require any PIN or download. I can also bale to allow any guests to share their screen if requires. I can pre-setup the timing for the meeting and when the meeting gets started this shows me the countdown so the participant will have a complete idea.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Audio/ Video quality is crystal clear and crisp. Especially when I use video calls, I feel like an HD premium user. Even the host would be able to share invite by Whatsapp, chat, text message, or email. The integration, customisation and deployment are very cosy and smooth. The best example of integration is, you would be able to directly add or schedule meetings from Google Calendar which is really helpful. it also uses artificial intelligence for transcriptions and futuristic features to improve the user experience. The convenience of "Do Not Disturb" because I can turn off the calls, text, and notifications, but I still will have access.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are no applications or software which is bug-free. But if any platform is always looking forward to customer feedback to match trending features as compared to another vendor in the market. Dialpad does not offer functionality to transfer calls amongst team members. Each phone number acts uniquely alone, unlike a traditional business phone line. When using Dialpad in the web application, it can be a little clunky. I would also like to see more functionality in the desktop application without having to go directly to the web application to see reports.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The best easy deployable meeting platform is secure and reliable and of course, I love the simplicity of the application that's why it is straightforward to use. Additionally, being able to hear our past conversations and have them linked into Hubspot was the most ideal for us. Their FAQs are full of all the details you will need to know to any question.

Sometimes it lags and we have witnessed lagging most specifically when we integrate it with our project management software.

Chats are quite clear and I can easily organize chats according to my own ease. The graphic interface is easy even for the people who are getting in contact with or any such tool for the very first time.
