What differentiates ConnectWise PSA from other similar products?
Compare to similar products Connectwise is easy to implement and easy to use and cost-effective as well what makes this different from other products is that by adding an Add-on product called Unite by which we can manage the customer cloud environment as well that they have with manufacturers like Microsoft and Cisco.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
the best part for us is the access and managing customer cloud environments which no other product is offering
What do you dislike most about this product?
from an Integration standpoint, I think they have very few options to integrate with ERPs for managing the finances of projects
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
companies from SMB can go with Connectwise if their focus is on professional services and cloud subscription business this is the best solution with the lowest upfront cost
