What differentiates Cleo Integration Cloud from other similar products?
Cleo is the ideal solution for establishing SECURE EDI with your business partners. Cleo saves us the trouble and expense of renting a van. Control over security and workflow is critical, and CLEO delivers as a top-tier software package. Current use cases include measuring our delivery performance, the amount of back-end queries handled by our engineers, and the proportion of closed questions with positive comments from our customer care team. However, once we have the necessary skill set, we intend to expand this to automated report authoring and customer satisfaction.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We are now using their use cases to evaluate the effectiveness of our existing business systems as well as to track the performance of our couriers and workers. It enables us to give useful insights into cloud data in order to increase the number of successful deliveries and on-time delivery rates. Cleo is an EDI trade association that is simple to use and program. I particularly enjoy the proxy server in the DMZ, which permits safe incoming and outgoing transactions to my server behind the firewall. Cleo offers many additional useful functions and communication protocols, such as FTP and SFTP.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Documentation appears to be simple for certain functions but challenging for others. While customer service is good, it might take some time to react. The most difficult component was figuring out what information was required to generate a transactional handshake between the patrons. Cleo support team and my first business partner were fantastic, and once I was up and running, it all made perfect sense.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is one of the cloud services that, when utilized appropriately, may be beneficial. Our data is secure and extremely useful to the data analysis team. This is the finest thing we've done for our business since implementing the new ERP system. Allow Cleo to assist you with your next project; you will not be disappointed.

What differentiates Cleo Integration Cloud from other similar products?
The number one issue we've had with the CIC platform is the grouping of our loads and associated documents as well as the ability to search for documents quickly, in a year we went from having roughly 20 EDI partners to having over 60. Cleo takes care of the few issues we encounter, so we don't have to spend hours debugging. Instead of correcting faults, our technical staff can focus on other projects and expanding our business.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Cleo customer service is second to none, although EDI will always have issues, the support team that works with us goes above and beyond to help us. The CIC platform is highly effective for document tracking since it is quick and responsive. The application is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and most problems are resolved automatically. Cleo pays attention to client input and updates and improves the product on a regular basis to make it better. We have more methods to interact than ever before and customer service is always prompt, thorough and eager to collaborate with both us and our partners.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The beginning was a little challenging, but we started the program soon after it was implemented, so everyone had to learn on their own. There have been challenges with the scalability of our work demands and the platform we are presently using but Cleo has been extremely responsive to our wants and issues they work to keep the system working even if data disruptions are a worry.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To correctly plan your reach, consider the volume of data you'll need to process during peak hours CleoCloud has saved us time and money, thus it was well worth the investment, in today volatile world Cleo has helped us to stay current and connected while also allowing us to grow in ways we couldn't have anticipated two years ago.

What differentiates Cleo Integration Cloud from other similar products?
Organizations use Cleo Integration Cloud as an EDI, IB, MFT, OPDI, FTP and A2S solution, Cleo was ideal for real-time scheduled reporting, application integration and managing big data and file transfers. It also helped to securely exchange and validate documents between users. Cleo AI system also helped avoid data duplication issues within the organization, we were also able to improve the workflow by making the tasks very clear, concise and efficient. In addition, the integration with the treasury department had a decisive impact on the actual management of our business, including management, balances, payments and assets.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We were dissatisfied with all administrative processes in production before we started using Cleo after transferring to Cleo i began keeping track of everything in the department, including redundant procedures and we began better managing our time and operations, Cleo offers a number of distinguishing qualities that make it a more effective and efficient cloud integration solution. It also has more features than other comparable tools on the market. Cleo finest feature, in my opinion, is that it is scalable and gives accurate data insights linked with analytics, allowing for more effective and efficient business decisions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There were some integration issues in the beginning, but we fixed them with the help of the Cleo support teams, and everything went perfectly fine after that. It has been a huge help in our organization delivering workflow, sales, and financial services that we could not obtain so easily and reliably before. It is an expensive instrument, but for what it provides and the results gained with its use, the price is totally acceptable and valid.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Cleo is more than just a cloud integration platform; it can improve overall data security and organizational efficiency. It should be used by organizations with a high volume of data transactions and resources.
