What differentiates Cleo Integration Cloud from other similar products?
This tool eliminates the need for us to pay a third party to manage all of our EDI transactions. The product is highly stable and we have very little downtime. We were able to minimize needless third-party integrations by including built-in support for FTP and SFTP. We can also make direct connections to clients using a complete GUI screen rather than writing scripts and expecting them to execute on a timetable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
They have an excellent professional services staff that delivered on time. They were able to set us up with all of the essential needs. We had weekly check-ins with everyone engaged, and our project manager kept things on schedule. We can swiftly enroll a wide pool of partners with the click of a button because most of our partners are similar. Anything beyond the preset templates is simply a fast update from there. Anything that isn't accessible right now may be rapidly added by upgrading the product. It is also quite simple to share dependencies between linked projects.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The changeover is often the most difficult aspect for us, but if you get stuck, their support service can help you swiftly and efficiently. It is not always evident what an error message implies or what triggered the mistake. It clears up easily with a little research or a quick call to support.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In today's environment, this is a must-have solution; you'll have piece of mind knowing you can swiftly expand, onboard, and support whatever you require. CLEO Cloud software is simple to use; after completing the courses given by CLEO University, you will be well on your way to controlling the system. This is the only program that can manage all of your EDI requirements in a single spot.

Cleo Integration Cloud is a solution that offers versatility in end-to-end business process visibility. It has generated optimal solutions in our company to integrate and solve most of our order processing, logistics, inventory and accounting functions. It enables transparent, efficient and fluid digital commerce, minimizes time to market and dramatically increases profits. It provides flexibility and a high capacity to adapt to our current business needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user interface is easy to understand and simple to use. Our partners are incorporated into the system very quickly and the data exchange is very fluid. It has a centralized administration console that offers us efficient monitoring of EDI performance. Provides easy configuration of rule validation at the partner level. It allows to process large volumes of work and have control of sending data at a specific time. Its technical staff provide extensive support and expertise to maximize outreach, ease implementation and deployment.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You can expand your automation capabilities, and your cost is significantly high compared to similar solutions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend the implementation for its ability to provide better visibility of the order process flow and facilitate the integration of our communication processes with customers and improve our e-commerce.
