What differentiates Clari Revenue Platform from other similar products?

The artificial intelligence portion of the Clari Sales Analytics product makes it standout from the competitions. It can analyze and surface up alerts and recommendations for actions I need to take to progress my deals.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The UX/UI is simple to use. It is also aesthetically pleasing which makes me what to interact with it even more.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes I am not ready to take the next step that the product recommends for me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The Clari Sales Analytics platform is not for every business. However, for growing businesses that are remote and looking to empower it's sales reps and leaders, this would be a good fit. It also takes a while to get use to the Clari muscle, stick with it and you will be rewarded for using the platform in the long run.

What differentiates Clari Revenue Platform from other similar products?

the real differentiators elements are the way Clari is handling the dashboard ; it is quite impressive how it is simple to personalise ; on the other hand the predictive forecast feature is giving an idea on how the month/quarter/year would end, and this based on the last months progress and the Artificial intelligence which is embedded on the software

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I would say that my favorite aspect is how to break-down the pipe/forecast of my team on 2 clicks and how to get informations about my resellers by just adding one additional filter ; I'm saying this because while using Salesforce alone that would have taken several minutes to get it done ; now it became simpler, easier and way better shown

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wouldn't say "dislike" but I would say if I have to give a remark and/or advice I would recommend to add additional visual graphics to show the output of the reports

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend to purchase the subscription ASAP because there will be a before/after effect !!

What differentiates Clari Revenue Platform from other similar products?

I haven't used other tools similar to Clari for opportunity management other than Salesforce Reports, and Clari is 100x better than that. It's so much easier to use, we'll never go back to just using Salesforce reports for Opp Management and Sales Forecasting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's clean, simple, and very flexible. They offer great analytics that we don't need to build ourselves. They have a ton of features such as dashboards, forecasting, flow, etc. But best of all is their Customer Support and Customer Success. There has never been an inquiry that I had that they weren't able to assist with. Great team and people there.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing I dislike at this moment is View customizations. From my understanding, every saved view will have the columns/salesforce fields you ask them to bring in. So say you have a salesforce field you want for 1 saved view, but it doesn't make sense for that field to be included in another saved view, it'll still be included. Would love if they can hide columns for certain saved views before sharing a view with everyone.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try before you buy. Great tool, little pricey, make sure it gives you and the business value before purchasing.
