What differentiates Bullhorn ATS & CRM from other similar products?
Bullhorn ATS and CRM is an extensive software used for recruitment by agencies that aim to streamline both applicant tracking and managing the relationship of clients. Where most of the similar products solely focus just on the management of candidates. Its automation tools and customizable workflows streamline the repetitive workflow and hence increase proficiency.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Bullhorn ATS & CTM is known for offering a comprehensive toolset for the management of end-to-end procedure of recruitment. It performs dual functions i-e managing client relationships and tracking applications. Its seamless integration is doing great for my work making it easy for me both things in a very efficient way. Also, its automated features help me a lot in streamlining repetitive activities such as follow-ups of emails, scheduling of interviews, and parsing of resumes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are a few things that I feel slow down my recruitment process. For example, when handling a large amount of data of candidates, the performance and speed of the process become slow hence taking a long time to complete the process. Furthermore, when I contact customer services, they delay their response and take the time to counter the issues. These things need attention.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Bullhorn is the best-suited software for everyone who wants a feature-filled platform to maintain the connection of both clients and candidates.
