Easy to use and easy access. Unlike Calendly, Booker is more expensive, yet it is really efficient in scope of use, features, flexibility and functionality. It works well across the board, for scheduling a meeting or a demo, the automated integrations with Twitter and Meta for Business work perfectly fine.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the responsiveness of the support, they are very fast and easy to work with. I like to create availability calendars for certain occasions with my personal calendars, scheduling a call or a meeting is simple, I can send a link to the people involved so they can choose a time that suits both parties.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is very useful and easy to program, I regret not using it sooner.

Booker makes the programming process easy and secure.

Booker Platform has determined marketing and sales procedures, where there is the balance between the supply and demands. More so, Booker Platform has generated a consistent way of managing employees, who are the primary players in the firm.

Booker Platform is the candid plan to increase the sales of the firm, and make every service be well recorded and improved. More so, Booker Platform defines the consistency in executive management, where various structures are enhanced.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Booker Platform is more professional and it deals with various resources in the business setting, one of them being the human capital and others.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Booker Platform is the concrete profit enhancement application, whose approach is more appealing and there is sufficient planning to increase business funding.

What differentiates Booker Platform from other similar products?

I really like that they have created many updates for this software package over the previous few months. It’s been very nice not experiencing any lag or problems with the booking options like we were having simply a number of months ago. I love that you simply will select however so much in advance the confirmation emails are sent out and I really love that the shoppers can confirm the appointment through the email. Another superb tool is that you can currently see once a shopper is booking a meeting online that way you’re not attempting to compete with anyone online trying to book.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Booker is excellent and every one of our employees has their own logins to verify their schedules at any time. My accounting department (that is in a completely different building) has access to see balances….my HR department may access it to try to payroll….making it straightforward for us all to remain on an equivalent page of the business. The purchasers like it as a result of they can create appointments online and they love the text reminders for appointments.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is definitely a learning curve with a booking agent and there are times once I’ve been unsure of a way to do something, and have had to contact their support team. One of the glitches that annoy me, is that once I add a brand new employees member, it adds or populates their name within the calendar even before their official begin date! It will be confusing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Anyone learning to use it, I might just say spend a bit of time trying around and attempting things… you’ll learn it quickly. I like this system. With the exception of only one or two of the things I want booker would have, it’s an excellent system for a business. I would advocate it to anyone.
