What differentiates Bloomreach Engagement from other similar products?

I find Bloomreach’s brSM platform to be intuitive and straightforward to use. Searching and browsing rules are done in a flash and go live quickly. I appreciate the superior level of Support we receive & once problems do arise, I find our DXM team to be excellent. Using Bloomreach is extremely helpful. We’ve got the full info in one place. In the past, we couldn’t reach synergies between classical retail and e-commerce because we had no global view of client activities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The simplest factor concerning Bloomreach is that we can produce everything in one place in one tool. Once the successful campaign, we can measure all results and if we succeed, we are simply automating those situations again in Bloomreach. If we struggled with something, we got fast and skilled help from client support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The integration of a part of the merchandise is a bit tougher compared to different tools. However, don’t get me wrong. If you’re doing basic functions, it’s ok (for example easy tracking of visits like in Google Analytics, etc.), but if you’re functioning on a more advanced task, you will need the assistance of your developers and Bloomreach support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Bloomreach Commerce experience Cloud offers me the chance to figure out an enormous quantity of information relatively simply via its easy interface and predefined reporting and workflows. This helps to make better marketing selections overall, that are supported by data.

What differentiates Bloomreach Engagement from other similar products?

I can almost always locate what I need with Bloomreach. I have no problem integrating other platforms and third party APIs. Moderators or content authors do not need to have advanced training or IT knowledge. They can use it after a short training session. more effective customer segmentation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Bloomreach because it allows me to monitor how my clients interact with the company and take appropriate action, as well as speed up data management and reporting. I can design my own unique solutions for a variety of scenarios thanks to it. Excellent customer service - they were always very friendly, proactive and competent to help us with any problem. The results of automated surveys linked to other automated initiatives help us locate new prospects and help me spot potential business leaks more accurately.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price is very high and it is only suitable for very large businesses. Other than that, excellent tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great platform with tons of useful information. Numerous marketing channels are covered, including email campaigns, automated email, text messaging, and push notification scenarios, as well as Facebook and Google Ads Manager integration.

What differentiates Bloomreach Engagement from other similar products?

Unlike other marketing automation tools, scenario creation is a breeze in Bloomreach, overlays function, the email designer is good, and the API is fantastic. The slack community is responsive; I generally hear back within a few minutes. It is an incredible tool and can close deals. It ensured a painless experience through the procedure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The most excellent part of Bloomreach is that it serves as a one-stop shop for all our content creation needs. Their developers weren't required to assist me significantly since we used extremely basic connectors. When I needed help, I received prompt and expert help from customer service. Further, I can fully automate my responses to this conduct. In addition, it simplifies the process of managing and analyzing campaigns, which is helpful for a Digital Marketer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only drawback I can think of is the elevated starting platform for novice users. Due to not having a Return Path or a comparable tool integrated, we cannot evaluate pre-deliverability before sending emails. Sometimes the documentation isn't unambiguous, but the immediate chat help makes up for it. It's a little more challenging at first, but worth it in the long run.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I could not find common ground between traditional brick-and-mortar stores and online marketplaces in the past because we lacked a comprehensive picture of my customers' behaviors. Connecting my Google and Facebook advertising accounts has helped me reach new people and reach them more effectively. It's a complex beast of a tool, but it's the best I've used.
