What differentiates Bandwidth from other similar products?
Bandwidth offers a solid product offering for the services we utilize but what sets them apart is the level of product support they provide from both the technical and administrative perspectives.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The technical and functional capabilities that are available to the user. Bandwidth provides a more intuitive approach to the services available through their product. This helps by allowing us to get new staff up to speed and productive more quickly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For highly technical users, there are some features that we'd like to have available but are restricted. I understand the reasoning behind this approach but would like to have the option of enabling them if requested.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you have a full understanding of the features and services that you'll need out of the product. Then, make sure you review them carefully with your salesperson. Using this approach, you'll verify that all of your needs are met and/or are addressed before signing the contract.
