What differentiates AWS Secrets Manager from other similar products?

As specially designed for AWS Cloud native services. So we do not need to really on third-party complex integration solutions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SSM is designed to be easy to use and loaded with a range of features to help you keep track of and analyze your AWS resources. It also provides support for automation, patching, and compliance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It may require significant configuration and setup for some use cases. It has limited support for non-AWS resources and applications.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product is the best fit to automate and streamline the IT administration of your AWS resources. It offers a complete set of tools for controlling your cloud resources.

What differentiates AWS Secrets Manager from other similar products?

Auto rotation of keys, SDK is seamless to integrate. Works with all languages

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Works with all language, integrations and cloud formation support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Tightly couples with AWS, cant be used as standalone. Searching is little tricky.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dont skip it if you have workload running in AWS. It has encryption , rotation and all the features any secret manager should have.
