How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

A great task management tool

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana is more professional. I believe it has great features to help companies in different stages and of different sizes.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
All Communication toward a task (Also Sub-tasks) is in one place. Tracking accountability and progress of each task. Customization and slack Integration.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Rooms can be deleted by anyone. Can't track through notifications if members are removed
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Asana works well for keeping teams on task and on the same page, but it's easy to fall into the trap of working outside Asana in other tools (like spreadsheets) and then having to duplicate in Asana. This is more of a business process challenge, but it's a result of Asana not quite being able to do everything that we need.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Enables Productivity
- Trustworthy
- Unique Features

Best all around project management tool
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana is better organized and less visually confusing. It's more user intuitive and clear about what exactly needs to get done and what elements depend on others being executed. Overall, the list and kanban views allow for a more natural, more organized viewing experience, and flexibility in different thinking styles.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Timelines: With Asana, you can create Gantt charts that show you preceding/needed action items. When a part of a project is delayed, you can track how that will affect the forward trajectory of the project.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Organized File storage: There's one master view for file storage, OR you can store files in individual tasks. Overall, for visually-driven individuals - and for those who need a strong sense of organization, it's not that helpful
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Asana is NOT a good fit for you if you have a smaller team, don't have reliable processes, don't like seeing user management or task boards, or are looking for a free tool.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Enables Productivity
- Unique Features
- Effective Service

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana is much better in terms of dealing with files, ease of use, and many features and characteristics that it has. Also, I noticed that it does not consume much space on my device.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Drag and drop functionality makes it super easy to route outside requests, tag your team members, and set priorities. The ability to integrate with Outlook is a really helpful extra touch.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Develop native time-tracking functionality. Working with 3rd party integrations just adds an unnecessary layer that makes the user experience more complex without reaping any significant rewards.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Asana is great for high-level timelines and sharing with clients. It gives a great snapshot of everything we need to achieve or have already completed. I wouldn't describe the tool as full-service as I couldn't really collaborate on it or work on risks/opportunities. However, it is great for sharing directly with clients. For this reason, I would recommend it.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Trustworthy
