The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Using the Asana platform, we are able to track the status of our various projects and work together efficiently to ensure that we meet our deadlines. We enjoy that all the data, documents, and schedules related to a project are in one place. We particularly appreciate the helpfulness of the customer support team, who have been there for us ever since we began implementing the product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Among the many benefits of better work organization are better documentation and enhancement of processes, as well as more transparent communication about projects, assignments, and deadlines.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's not easy to connect to other jobs, and things can grow chaotic if you don't stay on top of shifting things around.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When it comes to adapting and automating work processes, I think Asana falls short. It can be annoying to have to change processes to fit Asana rather than the other way around.

Project management made a simple

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Managing multiple EC-store projects and customizing Asana for each project with a different listing flow have reduced operational errors considerably. Due to its simple and intuitive operation, even employees who have just been involved in the project can immediately continue the workflow without a manual. Still, the achievement rate of the higher-level objectives will be adjusted simultaneously, making it easier to understand the progress towards achieving the goals from any point of view, which has meant the reduction of wasting time and effort to calculate the achievement rate.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As a project management tool, this product is helpful in quickly understanding the progress of tasks on the job itself for each project or task. Since you can manage the progress of your functions with simple operations, it is easier to understand than when managing with Excel, and work efficiency is improved. By completing the tasks linked to the sub-objectives, the achievement rate of the sub-objectives will increase.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The search function needs improvement. Since it is difficult to restrict the search by keyword only, we think it will be more convenient to allow searching for "who" messages. As for the desktop application, I would like to be able to use certain functions even in the offline state. Currently, tasks cannot be viewed or edited without an Internet connection, which makes it challenging to work while on the go or away from home.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When a company grows, it is often the case that higher-level, lower-level, and lower-level objectives are set in many layers. It is effortless to link them, so it is easier to understand what goals your team and each member are connected to and what they are currently working on. Also, who should complete tasks and sub-tasks by when? It's also very convenient from a management point of view because you can see which job it affects at a glance.
