What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
One of the best and less expensive application for project and tasks management is Asana. It enables us to collaborate on projects effortlessly. It is simple, easy and fast to install and use. I like how it integrates with third-party applications like Google calendar thus making it more effective.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I use Asana daily to manage my projects and tasks. I like how it makes it easy to create and assign tasks to team members and they can easily collaborate on them. It has a very intuitive, smooth and responsive interface which makes it super easy to learn and use even for new beginners.

Great project management software.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Keeping things organized per project has been beneficial while working on many projects at the same time. Asana's visual design is superior than those of rival project management tools. Asana also helps you to arrange all new recruit onboarding and technical product management. Benefits organizes and centralizes all of the information I need to access on a daily basis for my staff.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The platform is rather simple to use, especially if you haven't gone through a lesson or training. The sidebar is straightforward. In our firm, I utilize Asana to manage several teams. The ability to rapidly reference work from other departments, manage my personal to-do list, delegate tasks to team members, and keep projects on track are all huge advantages.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Asana has repeatedly erased my account from the user list. When this happens, I stop receiving email notifications and miss important communications. I've also been unassigned from all previous assignments, and establishing a new account will not sync with the original.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You get what you pay for: If you want a highly customisable and user-friendly project management interface, Asana is the way to go. Keep track of user limitations and prospective user bootstrapping for whatever cause. This can have a substantial impact on work, especially during times of crisis. If this occurs, someone should preferably assist in going back and reassigning all past duties.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity

Great for its use case but overall limited

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Honestly there isn't a ton. They nail the basics well but their premium features and overall flexibility leave a bit to be desired compared to competition (mainly ClickUp)
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Great architecture so it's easy to create, organize, and manage within the departments of your business. Would be perfect for simpler or smaller businesses & definitely for people who aren't incredibly tech savvy. Feels like the most intuitive to use with the shortest learning curve of the various project management tools that I have used.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Limitations in flexibility both in terms of how you can use or view the records + objects created & also in terms of API and integrations for connecting other tools, importing or exporting data & information, etc
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Sign up for the free product or free trial of a premium version. But also sign up for the free version(s) of other tools. The tool we left Asana for is ClickUp and I have been most impressed overall by ClickUp. Asana is second in my opinion. [Others that I have tried are Trello, Basecamp, Monday, and Wrike]
Pros
- Reliable
- Acts with Integrity
- Helps Innovate
- Performance Enhancing
Cons
- Commodity Features
- Slower Product Innovation
- Vendor's Interest First
