Video conferencing is my favourite aspect,I can clearly see and hear my clients and business colleagues using this software, thought out the meeting we can send messages to each other as one person is presenting using the share screen feature

Nothing to dislike about this software,it has been the best for me

What do you dislike most about this product?

Echo or background noise might occasionally detract from the meeting experience. Improving audio processing technology may aid in addressing this issue and ensuring clear, uninterrupted communication. I've sometimes encountered problems with screen sharing and accessing specific aspects of the mobile app. Improving the mobile app's functionality would result in a more consistent user experience across devices.

I was nervous about having to use online meeting software. He had used a few different ones, but they had not been easy to use. This software was so easy from the start with registration, setting up an account, to using it to help teach a class.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

it has different payment plan options and does not require software installation to use the program. In general, the program is easy to use and the audio/video quality is good. There is a free trial offer for users to try before committing to a plan option.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My least favorite part is when there are meetings scheduled and the meeting didn't happen, the meeting stays on top even though the date has passed. I had to go to the meeting and cancel the meeting even though the date had passed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

provide an easy-to-use solution for video conferencing. I use it because it is a cloud solution and it is intuitive, has a friendly user interface and many of my colleagues in other companies use it.
