While starting out, the software really gave us a hard time to configure thus consumed a lot of our productive time. Additionally, once we search for logs on the dashboard, some queries really prove difficult. Aside that, I'd recommend MDR any day.

Our communicative operations are limited when using Alert logic, mostly due to the fact that with this platform we do not have any tool that allows us to interact directly internally, which means that we can not even leave notes for specific files, which would certainly help to identify them.
