What differentiates Aircall from other similar products?
It offers seamless integration with most CRM tools, in our case Salesforce CRM. It's easy to implement on most companies Infrastructures as it is available on most Operating systems including Mac OS, Window, Android and Linux
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love its stability and flexibility. Even at low network bandwidth, it works just perfect. I can customise it to run in the background and only use it when need be allowing me to still be productive other tasks when there's low call traffic.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Number configuration is not as intuitive as it should be.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For companies looking for a powerful SDRs Solution, Aircall is a great choice to get the job done.
