Agiloft is a better-known product, so we trusted it over the newer alternatives. I also researched its record in updating software to fit the newest needs of the consumers. Recent UI updates went quite successfully, and I feel it is a great deal when the software many important people in the company look at looks great. Agiloft fit all our needs and there was no reason for us to decline it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Categorizing data based on your specific business needs. Comparing documents and identifying risk.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting ( I would love to see Power BI integration). It would be ideal if you could upload an executed agreement and have the system extract the data into the contract record.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is very well suited to companies that really want to customize their CLM to suit their needs. Agiloft is very flexible and has the ability to do whatever you need. We have been able to categorize our contracts based on industry standards which makes it very easy to search. Single sign-on has made user creation super easy and has allowed us to deploy quickly to over 500 users. There is no additional charge for end users to view which has saved us when compared to other vendors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface is structured on data rather than procedure. Although all process requirements are met, the data-driven methodology might make it more challenging to execute or show users on-screen operations that access many data types. Nevertheless, I haven't encountered any customization that couldn't be made with the system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not a drag-and-drop environment in the true sense, in contrast to almost all of its rivals. I didn't mind that some of the UI displays were overly crowded or cluttered. Like other people, I believe you need a stakeholder to be committed to this project. This implies that people acquire accustomed to how permissions and new fields interact with tables.
