What is Acuity Scheduling?
Acuity Scheduling, an online booking platform, is a Squarespace company. In early 2020, we released Squarespace Scheduling. Scheduling and Acuity share nearly all of their features, but Scheduling is built into your Squarespace account. Scheduling can also be an integrated addition to a Squarespace website and can integrate with Squarespace Campaigns. Acuity account owners can give employees different levels of access, including access to specific calendars only.

What differentiates Acuity Scheduling from other similar products?
We use Acuity Scheduling internally, and I frequently advocate for it amongst colleagues in the wellness industry. It is a flexible scheduling system that is simple to use and easy to combine with other programs. My work calendar is too full to accommodate any further appointments at this time. Acuity allows me to sync my Google Calendar with their appointment scheduling features and establish my business hours and buffer time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Any small firm that operates mostly online would benefit greatly from implementing Acuity Scheduling. If your company doesn't have a strong internet presence, Acuity Scheduling isn't the best option. In summary, I do not believe it to be an appropriate option for a bigger firm with dozens or even hundreds of users requiring schedule management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The more integrations the better, but I can't think of anything I'd require that they don't already provide. Accessibility isn't as good as it might be. Alternate designs and logos are available as personalization choices. Connecting to individual Google calendars makes it easier for groups of people to coordinate their schedules.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The appointment-based demands of clients, new appointment-based needs of prospects, and consultation-type needs are all well-served by Acuity Scheduling. While its many features and adaptability make it suitable for personal use, I believe its primary audience should be enterprises. The flexibility to work at my own pace and tailor the site to my needs has helped me attract and retain customers, and I feel good about the polished image I portray to them.

What differentiates Acuity Scheduling from other similar products?
Easily its most appealing quality is how simple it is to use. You may go right in with no prior knowledge of CRM or CS and you'll pick this stuff up quickly. I was finally able to find a convenient way to organize my time, communicate with my clients, and keep track of all of our scheduled meetings. The search function responds quickly and accurately and ignores case. Accessing customer information is simple, and I can keep tabs on scheduling alterations and other variables with ease. The survey design was also straightforward. I like how it adapts to your time zone automatically.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Features like package and discount management, an embeddable design, and support for several time zones are only the beginning. When compared to the prior scheduling program we utilized, this one has far less issues. It's so simple, yet so effective. Client calendars are synced and alerts are sent out automatically. Zoom's user interface makes setting up online meetings a breeze.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Crunchy user interface. It's not user-friendly, and the drop-down selections don't always appear. Banning user-submitted content is inconvenient since you can't just blacklist any new content that users could submit. I fear that, as an administrator, I would encounter several difficulties when first delving into the matter. When integrations fail, it really stinks.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I was able to schedule meetings with clients, integrate it into my calendar, and keep track of both interviews and meetings. Appointment kinds, block scheduling, appointment booking/reminders, and centralized management of both of our clinics are all highlights.
