What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?

Accelo enables me to seem proactive to my clients, guarantees we're hitting all of the key touchpoints, and removes the need for me to control my own calendar. We can spend more time with our customers because to Accelo automation. We utilize practically all technologies for project monitoring, progress tracking, and time and expenditure tracking. We were able to utilize the application from Android and Mac devices.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It may assess potential clients and produce automatic postings to get their attention. To speed up the process of sharing our material, the software automatically exchanges information such as files and emails. Campaign and budget management delivers precise project results information. Accelo provides highly professional technical support; they answer quickly and clear up any confusion. It has also kept me from forgetting about follow-ups; the way we have set the triggers prevents this from happening. Furthermore, triggers have completely automated many of the repeated messages to trade partners.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is difficult to understand how to use all of its tools in a short period of time. Accelo is not inexpensive for businesses in their first year of existence. The user support videos are not correctly updated; occasionally films from the most recent version of the software are still available. I also wish the tablet browser experience was more fluid. I'd love to be able to use Accelo on an iPad without the need for an extra mouse; it would make business travel so much easier.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take the time to examine and rethink your processes; everything must be on the table, and everyone must be ready to change; there is always a better method to get at the same destination, and seeking guidance early is essential. You may include additional applications in your future update; the current version lacks diversity. The program's setup procedure can be a little hard for customers who have never used automated software like this before, so they should simplify it a little more.

What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?

Accelo is incredibly intuitive when it involves setting up and obtaining up and running. The Accelo team is super responsive and helpful, and they ensure to cover what you wish to hit the ground running off the bat. Once you feel easier with the interface and working inside the system, the myriad of tutorials, webinars, and videos that they have are sure to assist you to personalize, and making Accelo work for you.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Accelo is superb for keeping my teammates updated on any changes I have done for cluster projects we´re on a long and additionally for time tracking. This way, we’ve got an organized workflow that makes us work with a very efficient method. The system is user-friendly and intuitive. It’s the potential to manage everything in one place – schedules, time entry, consumer invoicing, and client/vendor relationships. Plenty of integration options.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There´s nothing to complain about. What I dislike is Accelo´s mobile app. It simply doesn´t provide as much as the browser version. There are different apps for project management that beat Accelo easily.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I appreciate how strong Accelo is and how customizable it is often for various scenarios. We’ve got found ways to streamline our additional long processes, like entering projects, by making templates. Options like this make Accelo useful for my firm.

Accelo is the perfect tool for our projects

What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?

I appreciate how flexible it is, since we are able to make changes to things like invoicing, branding, reports, and marketing campaign templates. It offers a full invoicing section where we can make our own invoices and modify existing ones, as well as invoice online and connect to Xero. The Gantt chart allows us to see the status of each work and the amount of time it takes in real time, and it makes it easy to create, assign, and track tasks for team members.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Since the program included so many options, it took some time for the various teams to become proficient with it. The program would be ideal if it had a section for managing employees and payroll. Even with the technical support and lessons we were provided, configuring and migrating the software was a laborious process that required a lot of our time and attention.

What do you dislike most about this product?

All businesses should use this program; it's excellent. Without a question, having this software as our primary program for projects has been well worth the investment. It has helped us better manage our time, resources, projects, clients, and billing so that we can get more done in less time and generate greater revenue.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Accelo is used to manage the whole project lifecycle, from creating tasks and allocating them to team members to tracking time and expenses. This program is great since it allows us to organize all of our customer information in one place, including notes, invoices, payments, and open tasks. When used together with other applications, such as Xero, Salesforce's sales cloud, PayPal, MailChimp, and social media platforms, it allows for optimal project growth.
