What differentiates 8x8 XCaaS from other similar products?
I have been able to implement it from my Android phone or from my desktop computer, 8x8 is very practical to use, this tool adapts very well to you, this platform has a very good unified communication, which is used to make calls in a trustworthy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is an excellent virtual communication platform, and it helps you to be able to make better communication from your home due to covid, to be able to communicate with your employees and clients no matter where they are, and it allows you to carry out all communications through desktop and telephone mobile, it is extremely easy to use and to implement, and it has very good flexibility, the audio and video quality are excellent, 8x8 works quite well, it is very easy to install and it has simple recordings and easy controls.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing that displeases me because it has allowed me to create calls and video conferences with excellent quality, to send voice messages, the application is excellent for both your Android phone and desktop, and you can send PDF files.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have a small company and you want to be able to communicate with your clients and work team, 8x8 is excellent for you, it allows you to create a very flexible work.

What differentiates 8x8 XCaaS from other similar products?
Due to the covid-19 contingency, remote communication had been a bit complicated, I have been able to experiment with the different communication softwares and I have realized that 8x8 is undoubtedly the best so far, since it is very easy to use. and you do not need higher education to understand it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
8x8 is one of the best business class VoIP providers, it is excellent because it has excellent ease for users, it has a very intuitive interface and that helps to create an excellent experience in this tool is very easy to learn, allows you to use it through your desktop, and make voice calls, messaging and online meetings, 8x8 always provides you with the numbers of both incoming and outgoing calls. It gives you access to messaging, calls and video conferences in a secure way.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing that I can dislike about this remote communication tool because it has an excellent phone system that helps you stay in touch with your team and potential clients remotely through calls or video conferences, and it has an excellent capacity for both mobile and desktop devices.

I recommend it because it is a simple software that is easy and very practical to use, it has functions that are essential for daily communication.
