At initially, the matchups aren't always particularly pertinent, but as you give the AI input, it gets better over time. I'm hoping the platform will be more useful in helping me identify my skills and propose some professional training to help me do that.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It facilitates access to various resources and top candidates during the hiring process. The software needs to be updated. Reduced characteristics Currency conversion is not possible, nor is language translation. Complete SaaS platform that requires additional training and has structured data sets. The software can occasionally get a little sluggish, which is not ideal.
