The Point Factor Tool will assist your organization with the point-factor method implementation by:
- Providing compensable factors and factor definitions for organizations to select
- Organizing factors based on levels the organization deems appropriate
- Calculating points for each factor after the organization inputs chosen weighting
- Producing a job worth hierarchy based on factors and weighting entered
Note: The recording functionality of tab 5 is based on the use of a macro. In order to use this tool as intended, you will need to enable macros while using it.
