    This document is long overdue for a revision (it is 3.5 years old).. Best practices dictate that employment agreement undergo an annual review. This was brought to your attention 4-6 months ago.

      Thank you for your comment. We agree that organizations should review their employment agreements on an annual basis to ensure compliance. We have reviewed the template and find that it meets the requirements for a general employment agreement template. However, as this is a legal document, it should be reviewed by legal counsel to ensure that it meets local jurisdictional and organizational-specific requirements.
