About Ruchi Chawla
Ruchi Chawla is a Consulting Analyst within McLean & Company's Organizational Effectiveness practice team. She plans, manages, and delivers diagnostic programs that assist clients with improving employee engagement. Ruchi ensures clients make the most of engagement opportunities through pre-survey communications and by delivering thorough post-survey action plans and workshops. She has a comprehensive understanding of HR issues and the impact of HR policies, practices, and programs on employee and organizational performance.
Ruchi is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). She earned her Masters of Human Resources Management degree (MHRM) from York University. Prior to her Masters, she attained a Human Resources Management Diploma from McMaster University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto.
