Use the HR Programs & Policies Inventory tool to document your programs and policies and assess the degree of alignment with the refreshed vision, mission, and values. The list is not intended as an exhaustive list of all programs and policies; be sure to add to the inventory list as appropriate to your organization.
This tool will help you:
- Assess your current HR programs and policies and determine if they are high priorities for improvement.
- Display the HR programs and policies identified as a high priority for improvement in a concise list.
Use your existing inventory of policies and programs to populate the tool. If you don’t have a comprehensive list, make it part of the pre-work for the meeting that HR team members must bring a list of the policies and programs in their functional areas.
