In order to create an effective employer brand, HR, Marketing, and Executives must conduct a SWOT Analysis to better understand the operating environment. Use this tool as a guide to organize and synthesize feedback from the Discovery process.

  • Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for each type of analysis conducted in the Discover section.
  • Collectively decide which points are most significant to the organization.
  • Leverage strengths and opportunities of the employer brand, while mitigating weakenesses and threats to define sustainable employee value propositions.

Once the SWOT Analysis is completed, review the results and use them to formulate goals for the organization, which will help to define the key components of the employer brand.
