Employee Recognition and Rewards Policy

  • Build self-esteem, morale, and a sense of belonging.
  • Increase employee retention.
  • Encourage individuals to set high standards and goals.
  • Foster teamwork.
  • Promote continuous improvement.

The program must be carefully designed to meet the needs and wants of the recipients. Use this template as a starting point.
