Track benchmarks by:
- Inputting the baseline measurement in the tool alongside any notes to explain what the measurement is and the date that the benchmark was taken.
- Updating the measurement at three, six, and nine month checkpoints, or whichever time frames best suit your organization.
- Reviewing the percentage change that the tool calculates for each measurement.
