Programs & Policies Assessment

Assessing how well your HR programs and policies support your Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is a crucial step to its success. The Programs & Policies Assessment tool is divided into two tabs:

1. The Assessment tab allows you to measure the alignment of your organization’s day-to-day job elements, organizational elements, compensation and benefits, and working conditions with your EVP.
2. The Results tab displays how aligned each category of programs and policies is with your EVP.

Involve a cross-section of HR staff to ensure all aspects of HR policies and programs are considered in the evaluation process. Be sure to include a representative from each HR function.
