Reporting to the Leasing Manager, the Leasing Representative is responsible for minimizing rental unit vacancies. The Leasing Representative answers enquiries about the property, meets and assesses prospective tenants, shows available rental units, and oversees the leasing process. The Leasing Representative also prepares unit listings and facilitates relations between the landlord and tenants.
