Employee Value Proposition Statement Worksheet

The Employee Value Proposition Statement Worksheet provides a guide and template for HR leaders to use in developing and documenting their organization’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

The EVP Statement Worksheet is divided into six tabs:

1. The Executives tab allows you to record executives’ perceptions of the EVP.
2. The Survey Analysis tab allows you to record your engagement survey results and to identify the engagement drivers that the organization needs to incorporate into its EVP.
3. The EVP Interview Summary tab allows you to document the general themes from your EVP employee interviews.
4. The Focus Group Summary tab allows you to document the themes and responses from your employee focus group.
5. The EVP Statement tab provides a summary of all of the results from the previous tabs and guides you towards developing a revised EVP statement.
6. The Competitor Analysis tab allows you to analyze and document the strengths and weaknesses of competitors’ EVP statements, as well as to refine your EVP based on this analysis.
