The Employee Value Proposition Statement Worksheet provides a guide and template for HR leaders to use in developing and documenting their organization’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
The EVP Statement Worksheet is divided into six tabs:
- The Executives tab allows you to record executives’ perceptions of the EVP.
- The Survey Analysis tab allows you to record your engagement survey results and to identify the engagement drivers that the organization needs to incorporate into its EVP.
- The EVP Interview Summary tab allows you to document the general themes from your EVP employee interviews.
- The Focus Group Summary tab allows you to document the themes and responses from your employee focus group.
- The EVP Statement tab provides a summary of all of the results from the previous tabs and guides you towards developing a revised EVP statement.
- The Competitor Analysis tab allows you to analyze and document the strengths and weaknesses of competitors’ EVP statements, as well as to refine your EVP based on this analysis.
