Human Resources Administrator


The Human Resources (HR) Administrator’s role is to provide daily administrative support to HR advisors and HR managers to ensure that HR provides a comprehensive service to managers and staff within the organization. This includes tracking, managing, and maintaining HR-related documentation; creating and enforcing HR policies; scheduling and preparing for meetings; and assisting with recruitment, selection, and onboarding programs. The HR Administrator will also be involved in training, advising staff, and general assistance across the HR department.
