Director of IT Service Delivery

The Director of IT Service Delivery oversees the planning, production, support, and efficient delivery of IT services while ensuring alignment with overall organizational strategy. This includes oversight of banking systems and all support operations, including all banking systems, PCs, servers, telecommunications, computer room operations, and 24-hour help desk. The Director is also responsible for communicating and negotiating with service providers and other stakeholders, collaborating with the executive team to develop strategic IT service plans, and human resource management within the IT service team.
