Direct Sales Supervisor

The Direct Sales Supervisor’s role is to manage the recruitment, selection, training, and performance of the sales team. This includes supervision in all facets of the job, including performance evaluations and feedback, goal-setting, and written evaluations. The Direct Sales Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the sales strategy and sales goals are followed and achieved by the sales representatives. The Direct Sales Supervisor also prepares and submits sales reports.
