About Molly Woudenberg

Molly Woudenberg is a Senior Analyst on the Research & Advisory Services team with McLean & Company. Her areas of interest include performance management, organizational culture, and HR strategy.

Prior to this role Molly worked in private investigations, where she gained experience working with clients to identify their needs and develop customized research strategies and action plans. She also has experience with onboarding and training & development.

Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Political Science and Criminology from the University of Toronto and a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Georgian College.
