For managed and facilitated diagnostics, we recommend starting the project with a Survey Strategy call. Strategy calls are intended to set the project up for success by talking through best practices around internal communication and attaining a good response rate. A scoping call comes next and is where the project timeline and logistics are finalized (Ex. languages, delivery method, # of participants, etc.). Next, the survey is built and tested, and once finalized, the survey participants are uploaded into the platform. The survey then launches and participants are invited to provide their feedback. Once data has been collected, the reporting data can be generated and analyzed.
For self-serve diagnostics, the survey can be created and launched at any time directly through the McLean & Co website. Users can choose their own questions, send the survey to participants, and generate results using the online self-serve dashboard. Technical support is available through email.
