What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The standout feature of Typeform is its intuitive interface and engaging design. The platform makes creating forms a seamless process, with drag-and-drop functionality and customizable templates. Its ability to make surveys feel less like a chore and more like a conversation significantly enhances user engagement and data quality.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Over time, Typeform's pricing structure has become increasingly prohibitive. As a frontrunner in the market, the company seemed to leverage its position to maintain high prices, which can be a burden for businesses with budget constraints. Additionally, while the design remains impressive, the features haven't evolved sufficiently to justify these costs, especially with new competitors offering comparable services at more competitive rates.

What differentiates Typeform from other similar products?
Typeform offers professional level customization flexibility , without a lot of technical requirements. From responsive designs that fits well into different device and screen types, to customizable aesthetics which makes surveys created with Typeform more appealing to the target audience, to an impressive logic jump feature which enable the introduction of unique questions to survey respondents, based on their previous selections on our survey forms. Typeform customization possibilities are almost endless.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Extensive integration with popular applications we utilize in my workplace. This comes with many benefits, top of which includes the ability to automatically synchronise data between Typeform and tools like Excel for proper data analysis and management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For long surveys, the Typeform approach of displaying one question at a time , may feel slow. In addition to this , when using the mobile builder, I do not have access to introduce logic to my survey questions , except I access the survey builder from my computer.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Not ideal for teams interested in offline data collection.
