What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
It integrates seaminglessly with other Microsoft products and allows for strong integration across many platforms, many different companies also can be contacted/communicated with directly outside of your organisation which is a very strong feature when working with customer environments
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Federation that Microsoft has across many companies is a very unique and strong feature for me that i use daily, it allows me to keep connected with colleagues in & outside my direct organisation and allows me to have a different and normally Direct route to prospective customers. also giving me knowledge of when they are 'green' available so i can focus contact efforts at particular times.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are function bugs with the product and a lot of glitches that sometimes stop functionality requiring a reset of the product, especially when sharing Files/images with colleagues.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Microsoft teams is a must have solution, which appears to be an industry norm, knowledge of the product is a must and integration to many tools including integration for notifications makes it a very powerful solution.
