Microsoft Team is being used for teams collaboration, chat, screen sharing, document sharing, HD video call is awsome as compared to other similar products like zoom.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

HD video calling is amazing. We can share large documents to team members easily. Screen sharing while presentation. Collaboration with team members via chat option. Mobile version support many features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Stable connection is required for using this software as manytimes disconnect issue occurs. New templets and theme needs to be added in mobile version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This software is truely amazing for team connectivity and all team members allinged in one place and communication is easy. Further, large documents can be shared by team member to another member promptly via using this software.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

One of the programs that I have indisputably improved the progress and communication of my work with each of my colleagues in the company or simply with each of the clients that we have on the web has been Microsoft Teams since this program has endless tools to facilitate interaction and integration through text messages and file exchange that are of great importance for the operation of my work and have significantly improved the flow in which my entire work team develops within the company, it is I can say that this program is excellent for managing my work and organizing people according to the project.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the main reasons why I use this program is to create the most effective communication channels to communicate with my work team, either individually with each of them or in a common channel that we all have with the purpose of unify communication and work based on the same purpose, Microsoft Teams has the ability to provide us with high-quality audio and video functions to expand the functions and interactions between users and the truth has been a total success for the operation of my work and that of each of my co-workers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is essential that new users are aware of this program, it can only be successfully implemented if the internet flow in your system is good and constant, since otherwise the program will not be able to exploit its best features, on the other hand, The program has a couple of limitations that can be corrected in a future update, such as not allowing us to view documents and videos on a single screen, among others.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Whenever I can, I recommend this program since it has become a fundamental base to carry out my work in collaboration with each of my co-workers, Microsoft Teams is a program with a large number of options to communicate with each other and exchange data and company documents, this program is a great solution for managing multiple projects within the company.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Integration with the rest of the Microsoft suite. It makes so much sense for us as a business to be able to easily link Excel and Word.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Can I have two? Instant messaging allows us the ability to have conversations that would usually clog up email trails and gives a more informal way of communicating with people at all levels of the organisation. Everyone is accessible. The second is the seemless SharePoiint integration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some features (delayed send) which I think are available but locked by our organisations policy - not an issue with the product though!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider what you use on a regular basis, if it’s the Microsoft suite then this is the perfect companion.
