What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
Compared to similar products Jira is just extremely intuitive. Others try to do what JIRA achieves but over complicates the solution.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Very easy to visualise progress as well as keeping track of all assigned tasks as well as task priority.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Despite it being a simple product to use there's still some overhead and expertise required to set it up so this isn't a product you can use off-the-shelf but this also applies for most other products too.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'd consider the cost vs size of organisation as well as the expertise you have available to set the tool up.
