What differentiates Invoca from other similar products?
Dialogtech have a robust set of features including from call recording and transcriptions to integration with SFA and a lot useful capabilities. We work with other providers that do not offer the same level of capabilities, hence why it is our prefered solution provider.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its capability that allows us to have a robust Phone tracking system globally in the company is the aspect I like the most, coming together with a great support and many useful integrations and features
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't thnk the Reporting capabilities are as good as it should be, meaning that are lots of room to reporting and dashboard improvements. But overall the integration with SFA bypass this limitation
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a reliable solution for phonetracking with global capability, just go for Dialogtech!

What differentiates Invoca from other similar products?
Dialogtech has a great Client Service and support team that makes their product easy to use and implement. We've only begun to scratch the surface of the full capabilities but as our marketing operations continue to grow more it's just going to become more important to what we do.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The call recording help so much in both sales coaching and and creating customer profiles for the marketing department.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The call transcription leaves a little to be desired at times. It has improved over the course of my engagement though.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you have someone who has the time and understanding to use all of its capabilities and put them to action.
