What differentiates Dialpad Ai Voice from other similar products?
Dialpad Talk takes meetings notes and transcribes calls so we can focus on the discussion at hand, send summaries to participants and provides speech coaching
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With Dialpad I not only see calls that come to me personally, but I also see all calls in and out of the company main line
What do you dislike most about this product?
Dialpad Talk base price only works for one location which means we had to move to a higher plan to cover our other physical office locations
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Dialpad Talk is the best choice if you want an AI-powered communications platform. Even a small business thaf signs up for the entry-level Dialpad plan will benefit from built-in AI

One area of usability where Dialpad shines is the mobile business app for iOS and Android devices. Tha app's looks and feel are intutitive

With so many AI-powered calling capabilities and analytics tools, Dialpad is not the easiest to use right out of the box

Dialpad uses a device's internet connection to provide unified communications across voice, video, chat, email and fax

Great but not perfect voip!

What differentiates Dialpad Ai Voice from other similar products?
Have only tried and use a few and the easy integration with our salesforce current contacts and able to record your call and transcribe it is what sets it aparts.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact that I’m able to contact every phone number and every countries in the world and that we are able to select our own phone number depending on where were at or what we want our client to see so we appear professional.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It does not work as effective when used on mobile and sometimes there is latency and bad connection with customers and when I call the customers using other app, the connection is a lot better. The call is not as clear as like client and me using the same app.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give it a try since most apps cannot offer you the option to choose your phone number. It’s not perfect but it’s a nice cliemtelle tool to get to those people who don’t normally use app and just use regular phone numbers.
