Bitrix24 provides our organization with everything it needs to manage everything from CRM to projects and processes. I like the simplicity and adaptability of this program; Its features and functionalities make it a great choice for CRM optimization, process automation, project management, document integration, and communication improvement. I’ve used it to create tasks for team members and it works well because it sets deadlines, lets you add followers and attendees, and lets you add sub-tasks to the main task. I like the collaboration part of Bitrix24 because as project managers we can have a separate website for each project.

I have nothing negative at the moment, it’s quite complete and easy to integrate into a company. It’s also an easy-to-understand tool with features that can be adapted to the type of business you work in.

We will immediately notice the well-designed dashboard with clearly divided sections after login in; we may choose whatever tab we like from the left corner of the screen. The Employees tab displays the organization chart with the names of all workers, which we can customize by adding or deleting individuals, creating various Departments, and sharing duties.
